Strengthening Families for the Future

This 11-week program is for parents/guardians and children. A prevention program endorsed by CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) that provides families with skills to enhance their communication and improve their relationships. Each week, the program provides valuable tools by covering topics including communication skills, peer pressure, anger, and expectations. It is an interactive program and will have activities to do during the workshops as a family, but also activities to do during the week before our next session.
