This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: Campers will be taught the fundamentals of throwing, fielding, and hitting through a combination of drills, competitions, and games. Whether you want to learn how to field a groundball or pop-fly, how to hit a homerun or drop the perfect bunt.
  • Interpersonal skills: Camper will develop interpersonal skills learning to interact with other campers and staff members. Campers will be placed in skill groups and will go through various competitions with their group. we believe that recreational sports are an important part of every child’s development.

Our Baseball Camp at Memorial (located in Forest Hill) is a recreational day camp for girls and boys of all skill levels, ages 7 to 14 years old. Operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Memorial Park, we provide a safe and encouraging environment in which young ball players can learn, practice, and compete. Campers will be taught the fundamentals of throwing, fielding, and hitting through a combination of drills, competitions, and games. Whether you want to learn how to field a groundball or pop-fly, how to hit a homerun or drop the perfect bunt, our experienced staff challenge every camper to improve their skills.

True North Sports Camps’ baseball programs are run by North Toronto Baseball Camp, which was started by the founders of True North Sports Camps. A staple in the Toronto community since 2007!
