Camper in Leadership Training (CILT) 2

CILTs in their second year (CILT 2s), have the opportunity to assist as leaders in various areas of camp. They are to participate in everything, set a good example for other campers, and participate in teaching skills. They will also build on the foundation of what they learned in the CILT 1 program.

Each CILT 2 will choose a “CILT Track”. The Program Track focuses on leadership in areas such as waterfront or skill instruction. The Counsellor Track focuses on the jobs of the Cabin Leader, Divisional Director, and Summer Director. The Service Track focuses on the jobs of kitchen staff, maintenance, and health care.
