About
Campers will explore the challenges of being a voyager on the water, including how to canoe and kayak through the Toronto Islands and how to fish. They will learn about the indigenous wildlife on the island, visit the Franklin Children’s Garden and learn the basics of urban gardening and the importance of pollinators in our ecosystem. Campers will also take part in the arts through an environmental lens and step back in time to learn about the history of the island.
Registration
Registration starts on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 7 a.m. For information on how to register for camps, visit toronto.ca/camps.
