Summer Full Day Camp - Moviemaking with Minecraft® and Inventors with Makey Makey

Transform your child's love for technology into an exciting learning adventure. Guided by our team of Code Senseis, Code Ninjas Camps empower kids to gain valuable tech skills and make new friends. It's an unforgettably fun learning experience!

Day camp contains 2 camps: (1) Moviemaking with Minecraft® (AM) and (2) Inventors with Makey Makey (PM)

• Moviemaking with Minecraft® 
  • Ninjas will shift their imagination into high gear as they learn scene building, storytelling, and video recording featuring their own Minecraft® world. They will also jump into the basics of editing and mixing audio as they produce their final stories as short movies. Using Minecraft® as a creative medium, Ninjas will have fun expressing themselves and sharing their stories with friends. They will leave this camp with a deeper understanding of how creativity and technology can work together to tell exciting stories.
• Inventors with Makey Makey
  • Using a Makey Makey circuit board and maker materials, Ninjas will design and build music interfaces, game controllers, and more! This camp combines the power of coding, electronics, and hardware to create a collection of unique interactive games and projects. They will work together to create, reflect, and share their work as they invent new ways to interact with computers.
