Fall: September 29 - November 24 - 8 weeks (no class Oct 13)
A fun afterschool program that gives kids a great hands-on experience learning food safety, good nutrition and how to make tasty snacks for themselves. We will focus on making things that will be great for school lunch boxes, so kids can help make their own lunches.
For older kids who are ready to feed themselves, and start using the stove to make small meals and healthy treats. We will review all the food safety, nutrition and basic kitchen skills they will need to start cooking and baking independently.
SCHOOL PICK-UP OPTION:
from Whiteoaks PS - 3:35pm in school lobby + $24 (minimum 4 students)
from Lorne Park PS - 3:30pm in school lobby +$40 (minimum 4 students)
Minimum 8 students required for class.
