This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Creativity: As an arts organization, NPCC provides a space where creative curiosity is encouraged and participants get to experience the benefits of trying new ideas and techniques in the artwork they create.
  • Interpersonal skills: Through shared creative experiences, students learn to express their ideas, listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborative projects promote teamwork, encouraging students to work together.

Solve the mystery with creativity! Each week, young artists will become Art Detectives, creating exciting projects that double as clues to help solve a new mystery. Led by art instructor and Child and Youth Care practitioner Gabby, children will explore painting, sculpture, clay, pastel, paper, and more while building creative skills through hands-on exploration and step-by-step demonstrations. All materials are included.
