This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Independence: Through individualized academics and the coaching from our teachers, students learn to build independent skills. All of Oxford's programs have this skill built into them.
Interpersonal skills: Working with other students during themed challenges and activities, students have the opportunity to build their interpersonal skills.

Designed for students in Grades 2–6, our program uniquely balances academics and engagement. Each child receives individualized academic instruction built directly into our themed weeks, with two focused 30-minute academic sessions daily. Families may also add optional academic time at the end of the day. The remainder of the day blends structured indoor learning with outdoor, theme-based activities in a supportive, well-supervised environment.

This high-energy, imagination-driven Pokémon-inspired week engages students through storytelling, strategy, and problem-solving challenges. Campers strengthen reading comprehension, focus, logical reasoning, and creative thinking while staying motivated and fully engaged. A typical day begins with a community-building icebreaker, followed by a well-paced schedule of interactive activities designed to build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits—while keeping students active and excited to learn.
