This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Courage: Woodsman Camp encourages children to step outside their comfort zones, try new outdoor activities, face challenges, and build confidence in unfamiliar situations.
Independence: Through outdoor experiences and hands-on skill-building, children develop self-reliance, initiative, and confidence in their ability to learn new things and solve problems.

Woodsman Camp is an exciting outdoor adventure experience where kids can build friendships, develop practical skills, explore nature, and grow in their faith. Through hands-on activities, outdoor challenges, teamwork, and time spent in God’s creation, campers are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, discover their strengths, and develop confidence and independence.

Each day brings opportunities to learn new skills, take on challenges, work together, and enjoy the outdoors. Campers may participate in nature exploration, outdoor skills, group games, problem-solving activities, archery, waterfront, canoeing, kayaking, hiking and so much more.

What makes Woodsman Camp special is its focus on more than just outdoor fun. It creates an environment where kids can grow in character, strengthen their relationships, and create lasting memories while learning valuable life skills. Whether they are trying something new, encouraging a teammate, or discovering something about themselves, campers leave with greater confidence, new friendships, and experiences they can carry with them long after camp ends.
