Health and fitness programs teach children how to conquer their weight issues, eat right, get exercise and live a healthy lifestyle.
These programs lay the foundation for proper nutrition through practice with meal preparation. The holistic approach to health and fitness offered through these programs and classes includes teaching the essentials of proper diet, nutrition, exercise, weight management and monitoring. In addition to these life skills, health and fitness programs also benefit teenagers by addressing self-esteem and body image.
