Youth NMTI Intensive - New Works

The smartest kids on planet Earth are being sent to space! Through a galaxy-hopping musical adventure about imagination, friendship, and working together as a team, The Cosmikids learn that you don’t always have to be the smartest kid in the room to save the day… or the planet! 

Participants in this year's Youth Intensive will work with the writer and composer of a new musical to help develop a new show. They will have the chance to develop a role for the first time and be part of the piece’s development and creation. This will culminate in the new musical’s first workshop reading.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS

• 1 Musical Theatre Piece (32 bars)
• Artist Statement about why you want to take part in the Youth Intensive

Admission via audition (applicants accepted on a rolling basis until all spots are filled)
