    Residential Summer Camps in Canada

    A home away from home

In residential summer camps, children live at camp for anywhere from one to several weeks or longer. Campers benefit from rooming with kids their age under the supervision of older counselors, either in cabins or in tents. Kids get to spend lot of time outdoors with people their own age.

Facilities can offer a range of recreational and art activities as found in traditional camps or focus on one area, such as horseback riding or other special interests including hockey, drama, singing and more. Some residential camps offer a combination of programs. Residential summer camps can also be called sleepaway camps or overnight camps.
