Performing Arts Camps

Performing arts camps are an ideal way to spend vacation. Kids learn a variety of stage skills including singing and acting as well as technical and background skills such as lighting, sound and more.

Summer vacation is a perfect time for a performing arts camp. These are not only fun but educational too. Such camps have a range of workshops and classes for music, dance, acting, and art. Instruction can be available in classical, jazz, voice and musical theatre for students of music. Various dance forms like ballet, hip-hop and folk dances are also taught at performing arts camps. And campers can also learn musical instruments like the guitar, piano and drums at these thrilling and enjoyable camps. For more specialised camps in any of these areas, check links above.

Theater camps offer performing arts training for shows like musicals and stage dramas. Scene study, film acting, stage combat and more are also taught. Private lessons are also offered at some performing arts camps, with one-on-one instruction from beginner to advanced level for various types of arts.

Camps for even more performing arts. There are numerous other specialized camps as well. For example, rock camps or jam camps have jam sessions and performances. Fine Arts camps offer training in painting, sketching and drawing from talented artists. Film camps go through all aspects of films from the storyboard to the silver screen where professional filmmakers guide the campers. At the end of the camp, you can premiere your films to an audience.

Students at these camps take classes from a select group of accomplished and internationally renowned faculty and performing arts camps continuously prepare emerging young artists for the stage.
