In 2 large cottages on the waterfront of Long Lake we create a small intimate setting where teens feel part of a big family they can relate to. We bus into Bala to roller-skate, eat ice creams and meet the locals. We picnic in the park and watch a ski show as a large happy adventurous group. We sing karaoke and watch fireworks light up the night sky from our cottages. We Zumba dance on the beach, sit around the campfire and watch stars together, self defence training, yoga on the dock, paddle boarding tours around the lake and nature hikes in the woods. We discuss self esteem, self worth, how to set personal boundaries and what resilience means and how we have been resilient already in our life. The girls will happily help with daily chores to make their commune run smoothly. This is a no judgement camp where teens can explore who they are, who they want to become and they gain real life skills by discussing and sharing insights into the reality of their generations culture and their goals. Energetic, inspired, free, nature, reflection and learning. Our goal is to create self compassionate, confident empowered leaders of the future.
