The programme will run for approximately 1.5 hours on Tuesday and Thursday of each week (12 sessions total).
Professional players and coaches will deliver individual skill development by position:
Intended for those with some previous experience of the sport.
Drills will be non-contact but may result in some incidental contact.
Only helmets are required. Please message us if you need help obtaining a helmet.
Timing will not conflict with athletes desiring to participate in Summer Strength & Conditioning Programme.
