Learn techniques to work with chocolate, properly temper, decorate like a pro, and, most importantly...eat your beautiful creations! We use chocolate moulds, fun ingredients, supplies and techniques to decorate. Working with chocolate at a high level requires the application of science, art and creativity – you get to learn from people who work with chocolate and make art every day!
The Chocolate Lab is an artisan chocolatier and chocolate confection company. We are an award-winning team of chocolate lovers and world leaders in our craft. From bonbons, dragées, and beans to bars, confections, and sculptures, we believe passion and mindset are imperative to creating innovative, fun, and delicious products.
NOTE: This is a half day camp. If you have already registered your child or would like to register your child for one of the STS Summer Camp opportunities running at the same time, accommodations can be made by contacting Scott Bennett, [email protected].
