Ashley Laing, Supervisor, Camp and Community Initiatives

At the YMCA we believe that camp is a place where lives are changed. Camp is a place of self-discovery, a place where children take risks and where it is okay to be goofy. At camp, children learn from amazing role models, deepen their connection with nature, and form life-long friendships.

At the YMCA, we believe in helping all children reach their full potential. YMCA camps give children opportunities that they wouldn’t experience anywhere else! Camp encourages children to step out of their comfort zone and learn that they are truly capable of amazing things.

All of our camp programs, be it swimming or horseback riding, focus on creating positive relationships and respectful communities. Our campers will learn to be leaders, learn how to be part of a team, and learn to support their peers – all skills that they will be able to take with them long after the summer is over!

Join us this summer for an experience that your child will remember forever!
