This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Independence: Our campers are in control of their programs everyday, building their independence & critical thinking. All while having fun!
Interpersonal skills: While kids are always in control of what they do, they don't always get their first choice. Compromise, patients and advocacy are all important skills learned and implemented by our campers.

We are a summer camp that thrives in independent instruction and through handing control of where campers go to the kids themselves. Giving kids control of where they go and what they do was the best decision we ever made, as it has created a culture of thinkers who plan and advocate for where they go and what they do.
