For people with any lingering reticence about camp, there are many benefits to going to camp, benefits that last a lifetime. Day camps and overnight kids's camps in Kingston offer advantages that are simply all too rare elsewhere. Here’s a quick look:

Kids get out of their comfort zone and learn new things.
