Northmount Students Win 1st Round of Polar Expressions National Writing Contest
I am pleased to inform you that Northmount School students are winners of the National Polar Expressions Publishing Contest. As a Language Arts teacher and writer, this is one of those rewards that brings an ear-to-ear grin to one’s face. Seeing your students achieve great things in what you are teaching them is something truly special. They will be presented with a book which contains all of the other winners’ work and his own, from across the country at Northmount’s year –end awards ceremony! Their names will also be entered for a second round that could offer a cash prize, this draw is in June. Congratulations to all who entered all of the stories were fantastic!
