The cost of boarding school combines the cost of private school tuition with the cost that parents would ordinarily pay to feed and house a child. Many people assume that boarding school tuition and costs are out of their reach, but that need not be true. Schools intend to be accessible to the broadest demographic possible when they set tuition rates. 

Cost range associated with boarding schools

Below is a survey of the spectrum of boarding school costs, including boys' and girls' boarding school costs. Certainly, some schools are priced to appeal to families with a high amount of disposable income, but there are many schools priced to appeal to a broader spectrum of people. The table below surveys a variety of boarding school costs. 

Note that costs for domestic students apply to Canadians, and costs for international students (as seen below) are usually higher.
