Ala ma kota - is a network of 9 kindergartens located in various parts of the city, which this year are enlarging by two new branches - in Żoliborz and Wilanów. They employ 130 people - teachers, pedagogues, speech therapists and other specialists who provide children from one to six years with full-day care (from 7: 00/7: 30-18: 00) in well-prepared and equipped facilities, with their own playgrounds. Children are divided into small groups of several people, with whom two teachers work - a leading teacher and auxiliary teacher who has a second teacher in younger groups, in integration wards, where children with fully functional children learn difficulties - specialist teacher, and in case of bilingual groups - an English-speaking teacher. In the didactic-educational process, AMK institutions apply an individual approach to children, taking into account their needs, abilities and talents. They mainly use the method of learning through play, but learning to read and write, use the innovative method of glottodidactics, and in the science of mathematics, "children's mathematics" prof. Edyta Gruszczyk-Kolczyńska. During the classes, children carry out various projects by experimenting and carrying out various experiments and observations during which they measure, weigh, describe. In each bilingual group, children learn English using linguistic immersion (CLIL), which ensures the presence of an English-speaking teacher in all activities of children - during study, play, meals, trips and other activities. Two new kindergartens - AMK Inflancka and Dom Montessori in Royal Wilanów will be organized and launched in accordance with the requirements of Montessori pedagogy. Its elements are used by AMK in all institutions, which can be seen in the individual approach to the child and the principle - "let me do it myself". AMK kindergartens implement the Polish foundation for pre-school education.
