Our Take: MyVinci School & Preschool
MyVinci School & Preschool - this school is made up of two international kindergartens and a primary school located in Warsaw's Mokotów district. Kindergartens offer education in well-equipped facilities, based on the Polish core curriculum and modern education methods, among which the most important are learning through play, project work, individualization of the teaching process and bilingualism. In the multilingual kindergarten located near Pola Mokotowskie, children are taught in four languages, while in a facility on the so-called Lower Mokotów - in the English-speaking kindergarten, mainly in English, Polish and Spanish. In MyVinci School kindergartens children learn mainly through play, during which they observe, experiment and thus learn about the world around them and the phenomena occurring in it. During learning and play, they develop their cognitive and emotional skills as well as acquire the necessary social competences, while at the same time - intensely and in a natural way - they learn a foreign language. Some of the classes are conducted in English and all children are accompanied by native speakers. The idea of bilingualism is also implemented by the primary school MyVinci, in which children are educated in two languages - Polish and English. As a Cambridge International School, the school implements the Cambridge educational program, and at the same time tasks assigned by the Polish core curriculum. Combining both programs into one's own, it shapes students such as self-confidence, responsibility, the ability to think logically, innovation and commitment. In the teaching process, he mainly uses the design method and in the language teaching immersion. Classes are taught by native speakers, which guarantees not only a high quality of learning how to use a language, but also learning about its cultural environment. At every stage of education, the MyVinci School offers students a whole range of additional activities that not only increase their knowledge and skills, but also build their faith in their own abilities and sense of security.
