These schools are a great option for international students from Canada, the US, and elsewhere. Most also admit students from Warsaw and other cities in Poland, such as Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Lublin, and Rzeszów.
Many of these schools offer English as the only language of instruction, where students take all their courses in this language. Some also offer bilingual, Polish-English instruction, where students take roughly half their courses in Polish and half in Polish.
Some of these schools follow an English or British school curriculum. Others follow an American school curriculum
Students suited for a Warsaw English school
Private and non-public English schools in Warsaw, like language schools in Warsaw, are a great option for many kids. This includes both international and domestic students.
International students
Most English schools in Warsaw, Poland have students from many countries. In fact, many English schools in Warsaw are international schools. Many students in these schools come from Canada and the US, as well as several countries in Europe, including Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain, and France. Some also have students from countries such as Japan and Korea. International students in these schools will have the chance to live and learn in a different country. They’ll also likely live and learn with a diverse student population. This can really broaden their horizons: they’ll learn about new cultures, customs, languages, values, and more. It can also teach them about independence and responsibility. And of course they’ll take a wide range of challenging courses, based on a rigorous curriculum.
Local students
Most Warsaw English schools also admit local residents. This includes students from Warsaw and across Poland. By taking most of their courses in English, these students will be able to develop and improve their facility with this important international language. They may also have the chance to take some of their courses in Polish, and also take foreign language courses, such as French, German, Spanish, and Italian. And like international students, they’ll take several demanding courses and be held to high standards.
